A lot of artwork is being shown at this exhibit. Each artist has their artwork displayed together. Mine don’t really go together, but I understand trying to organize such a big show.

My recent pieces with ornate frames look so good displayed together!

Most of this piece is from memory. The view faces west. Out on the plains towards eastern Colorado.
The house, well, granary, chicken coup, outhouse, pigeon coup, fuel tank, raccoon pen, sheep pen, barn, pond and fields. There’s my grandpa feeding the cattle from the bed of his truck.
And the sky really is that blue.
My husband John is a fabulous wood worker. He’s been making the frames for my paintings. They really are terrific!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been asked to create a digital illustration. This wedding piece turned out really special with their small dog too. They made a large print to have guests sign around the outer edge. I am so pleased with how it turned out!
What a great keepsake!
